The Agents of Anti-Catholicism

Undoubtedly, anti-Catholicism is the last acceptable prejudice. A book under the same title goes into greater detail (click here to view book details). In October 2009 alone, Archbishop Timothy Dolan of New York points out in an article that the New York times, in a mere span of 17 days poured layer upon layer of their prejudice against Catholicism with publication of stories bent on painting Catholicism in a bad light. Where media outlets acquire such behavior is baffling. Perhaps they've caught it from their institutional leanings early in their University level indoctrinations; or perhaps from individual reporters selling themselves out to an ideology that must disfavor Catholicism to advance their careers. Regardless of the origins, anti-Catholicism is not only transparently bias, but increasingly tiresome. It seems that some people satisfy their personal odds-with-life by setting their sights on a scapegoat that they believe will just take it lying down - in today's world it is the Catholic Church.

Blessed are ye when they shall revile you, and persecute you, and speak all that is evil against you, untruly, for my sake (Matt 5:11)

Remember my word that I said to you: The servant is not greater than his master. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you: if they have kept my word, they will keep yours also. (John 15:20)

Catholic Bishops: Health Care Reform Plan Being Proposed by President Obama and Democrats in Congress Will Allow Federal Funds to Pay for Abortions

According to a FOX News Article,

The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops Pro-Life Activities Secretariat is encouraging all archdioceses and parishes in the U.S. to send a pre-written e-mail that urges House members to oppose any rule that will not allow debate on an amendment that would prohibit taxpayer dollars from being used for abortions, and to send another e-mail to senators to support the amendment.

Global Warming Not Evident in the Past 10 Years

According to the
BBC News article in their Science and Environment section global warming has not occurred for more than a decade. The article states:

For the last 11 years we have not observed any increase in global temperatures. And our climate models did not forecast it, even though man-made carbon dioxide, the gas thought to be responsible for warming our planet, has continued to rise. . . . One solar scientist Piers Corbyn from Weatheraction, a company specialising in long range weather forecasting, . . . claims that solar charged particles impact us far more than is currently accepted, so much so he says that they are almost entirely responsible for what happens to global temperatures.

He is so excited by what he has discovered that he plans to tell the international scientific community at a conference in London at the end of the month.

If proved correct, this could revolutionise the whole subject.

Let's hope Mr. Corbyn is given more mic time than Mr. MacIver. Also watch Al Gore's fumbled reaction when MacIver finally suggests that polar bears may perhaps no longer be endangered. UHHH! Did he really say that? How dare he question the great Oz. Al Gore is only used to hearing what restrictions lobbyists want to implement in the name of "science" while only lending an ear to those that restrict production and advance his personal crusade to control the world:
